Making your space healthier and more sustainable doesn’t have to be confusing or overwhelming.

Many owners know their business or space could be healthier and more sustainable but aren’t sure where to start. They’re curious about changes that make a real difference but don’t have time to figure it out alone. That’s where I come in, blending built-environment expertise and authentic storytelling to turn good intentions into healthier spaces, clearer communication, and real growth.

I’m Gabi — sustainability strategist, LEED AP, and founder of Nest Earth. My background in architecture, sustainability, and brand storytelling means I look at both what happens behind the scenes in your business and how you talk about it. I make sustainability practical and profitable, and I do it in a way that fits real life. No jargon, no overwhelm.

What This Work Looks Like

For a boutique hotel, this can look like reducing waste and energy use behind the scenes and giving guests a clear, authentic story about your efforts.

For a café or shop, it’s switching to lower-impact materials and weaving that into your marketing.

For a school or childcare center, it’s creating healthier environments for kids and staff and reassuring parents with transparent communication.

Wherever you operate, I make sustainability practical, measurable, and profitable. This isn’t theory — it’s hands-on support to improve your space and tell your story in a way people trust.

Sustainability Services Built for Real Life

Sustainability isn’t one-size-fits-all. Here are the three main ways I help leaders and spaces align what happens behind the scenes with the story they tell out front.

Messaging + Brand Strategy

Make sure your words match your actions. I help you define and share a sustainability story that’s clear, authentic, and builds trust with the people you serve.

Discover Your Story

Operations Audit + Strategy

We take a close look at your day-to-day practices — from sourcing to waste — and identify changes that reduce impact, improve efficiency, and unlock new revenue streams.

Custom Projects

For unique needs or long-term work, I create bespoke packages or retainers that combine messaging, operations, and built-environment strategy.

Every client comes with different challenges, but the goal is the same: healthier operations, lower impact, and messaging that feels as real as the work you’re doing.

The Heart Behind the Brand

Gabi Fiorentino, a sustainability strategist and the founder of Nest Earth.

I’m Gabi, a LEED-accredited sustainability strategist with a background in architecture and brand storytelling. This consulting work grew out of a movement I felt deeply. Sustainability needed to be easier, clearer, and part of everyday life, not a luxury or an afterthought.

Dropping my kids at daycare, enjoying our community spaces, walking into shops or restaurants, I started noticing two things everywhere. The hidden harm these spaces carried and the untapped potential they held. With the right choices, businesses and schools could become healthier for families and staff, while also building trust, reputation, and revenue.

I created this practice so owners and leaders do not have to figure it out alone. My work brings together built-environment expertise and authentic storytelling so your space and your message line up. It is sustainability you can actually implement: practical, profitable, and designed for real life.

Why Choose Us

There are plenty of consultants who can hand you a checklist. What makes this different is the blend of built-environment expertise and authentic storytelling. I look at how your space actually functions and how your customers, guests, or parents experience it. The result is not just a healthier, lower-impact business, but one that people trust and want to return to.

With my background in architecture and sustainability, I know the details that matter behind the scenes. With my experience in brand strategy, I know how to tell your story in a way that feels real and earns loyalty. Together, those two sides create practical changes you can measure and communication that makes an impact.
